Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon terms, and late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law and stipulated in your agreement.

Modification and Termination Conditions

SolsticeForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. SolsticeForge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of any disputes.
